Sending your guest´s details to the police and keeping a record of the parte de entrada de viajeros or “check-in registration forms” are an important security measure required by law. At Check-in Scan we understand how time consuming it can be to collect the guest ID details, get them to sign the parte de entrada de viajeros and then send them to the police within 24 hours of arrival (Guardia Civil hospederias, National Police Webpol, Ertzaintza, Mossos d’Esquadra)
